I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but there are less than 100 days left until Christmas!
The kids are back at school, the evenings are getting darker quicker and planning needs to get underway for the most festive time of the year.
For me, Christmas is all about lots of food and lots of laughs. And the best way I find to get them is with a family board game.
We try to buy a new one each year and play after we eat and well into the evening. Last year, we were well and truly hooked on Pie Face. While it’ll still be played this year, we are looking for a new game to keep us all entertained.
500 extra Clubcard points
Luckily, Tesco have started an offer to collect 500 extra Clubcard points when you spend £30 (or more) on Hasbro games.
So, although you’ll be spending £30 on games, you’ll get 500 points back.
That’s the equivalent of £5 to spend in store. However, you could turn the points into £20 – four times their value – with selected Tesco boost partners. That’s would save you 66% off the original price!
That’s a pretty decent discount!
What games are in the offer?
Games in the Hasbro range include Hungry Hippos, Trivial Pursuit, Cluedo, Twister and even Bop It.
There really is a wide range of gaming options to satisfy all ages ranges.
As an added bonus, some of the games are on a 2 for £30 deal, so you can really get a fair bit for your money.
Plus, remember that if you’re spending over £30 you can opt for free next day Click+Collect to save on postage.
Can you find a better deal?
Looking on Amazon, the prices for Hasbro gaming is pretty much the same.
If you had Amazon Prime you wouldn’t need to pay for delivery, but is the cost worth it? Check out this Amazon Prime review to see.
You aren’t going to find the games that much cheaper, but if you buy them from Tesco you’ll get the added bonus of 500 extra points.
This is a limited time offer running through until 18 September 2016.
